MYSTIC DIGEST is a place where artists of all sorts can come together to share their work. Our mission is to illuminate the unseen threads that connect art and the human experience. We strive to create a space where curiosity, creativity, and introspection thrive. We want to showcase voices, visuals, and stories that inspire wonder, reflection, and connection. Through every issue, we celebrate the magic in the everyday and invite our readers to explore the world with open eyes, and an open heart.

Our Origins and Philosophy

I've always enjoyed magazines. Vogue, The New Yorker, those kinds of things. The collaborative nature of magazines is what really drew me in. I love reading different writing styles, seeing the different graphic design elements at play, seeing the art and photography. The interplay of all of these elements has the ability to create something amazing. Maybe it's not groundbreaking, but it can be meaningful just the same. I wanted to try it out for myself and feature as much as possible: sssays, interviews, art, photography, fashion, what have you.

As a whole, we believe that curiosity and creativity are incredibly important. We honor the mysterious and the everyday, finding magic in every aspect of life. Our philosophy is rooted in openness to ideas, perspectives, and experiences that challenge and inspire us. We strive to be inclusive, highlighting voices that may have been overlooked previously.

Every piece we publish is chosen to spark wonder, encourage self-exploration, and celebrate the beauty in complexity. For us, the act of creation is also an act of connection: to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.
